Just received it yesterday, Really pleased with it, nice size and relatively quiet, but powerful, At setting 1 , just a noticeable hum, not metal noise or clanging, just hmm with a significant breeze which is ideal for me going to sleep..It seems stable on my chest of drawers, but unfortunately a bit too high to blow towards my face since it can’t be turned down ( which I find strange) since even 10 degrees would be enough. I will get a low stool or something and that will solve the problem. At setting 2, quite strong wind and reasonably quiet, Well setting 3, like a gale and a bit noisier though I don’t think I will be using that setting till. High Summer heat. The fan seems sturdy with no wobbles or movement on the top of drawers. All in all, a great purchase at a great price- highly recommended.I will update in a few months if there are any issues.

The fan is well built and a good size to sit on top of a cupboard or on a large desk or workbench. It has adjustable angles from horizontal to vertical in its frame.The fan has 3 speed settings. on speed 1 it's reasonably quiet and manages to move a good amount of air. On 2 and 3 there's a low, dull rattle that sounds like vibration through the frame of the fan which is quite annoying to hear constantly.
