Much better than the chewable version. I have gastroparesis and they really help with the gas.

I sort of think of Gas-X like I do a breath mint... If someone offers you a Gas-X, say on an airplane or in a car... Take it... They have got your back and are doing you a solid. Treat it like a breath mint... Take regularly.So helpful.
