Love the y plugin. I'm able to spit power from the main extension when power goes out. Able to plugin refrigerator and run the coffee pot at once. Cord is made well. Use this extension cord all the time.

I love these for spots where the outlet is in an odd place. They allow handsfree lighting very easily. It powers a light strand. Having to get up and turn it off, not use a remote, actually makes me more conscious of how much electricity has been consumed and eliminates frustration of fumbling for a remote and figuring out which button will turn it off in the dark.

I like these foot switches because they only have one electrical line it and not a second one out. Those 2 line ones are harder to hide those lines. You can put these on the floor or in a cabinet. They worked great for our Christmas tree and Christmas village lighting.

We ordered this to use for a bedside table lamp. Its rotary on-off switch is difficult to easily locate. Since it doesn't have a 3-way switch, this footswitch handles the chore easily. Just reach over and push the button to turn the lamp on or off.

This product was exactly as advertised and fit my needs for my Christmas tree. I bought this one specifically because I liked that there weren't any extra cords. Do note that the plug for the light goes into the piece that goes into the wall. If you also want to use this as an extension cord, this product wouldn't work.

Been using these for years. It’s so nice to just tap this with your foot instead of reaching g down to plug in the tree!

I like that you can just step on the bottom and it goes on. It also has a light on the switch so you can see it to turn it off. Great for Christmas tree lights
