Works great, has everything you need to have a strong grip. It's adjustable so you can make it easy & do a lot of reps or make it stronger & do less reps or in-between. There's a dial to change the tension & there's a counter in the handle to keep track of your reps.

I have neuropathy & arthritis, so I really needed the variety of tools included in this set (since my hands work better some days than others). I love that the tension on the hand gripper can be adjusted & that it has a "counter" feature! The items seem durable & well made. I compared several kits and this one seemed to have the most useful variety for my needs @ a great price, and, as an added bonus, it comes with a handy carrying pouch to keep it all together! After just a few days, I believe it is going to be helpful in strengthening my hands!

This product seems to be decent except the Hand Grip Strengthener. Hand Grip Strengthener should have been of a better quality. It feels cheap and weak.

First time buying anything like this. The finger spreader is one of my favorite pieces. Really helps with the pain in my knuckles and back of hand. The egg and donut are great for the palm. The grip squeeze with the counter built in is great quality and easily adjust from light to heavy. Since I’ve had this I use all five pieces for about a half an hour and my hands feel much better afterwards.. I almost bought just one of these pieces the other day for the price of all of these and it comes with a bag! You literally can’t beat the quality and price here

This is a great little kit to help work muscles from your fingers to your forearm. I use this to help gain some strength back in my hand after a stroke and my husband uses it to help with grip after a forearm injury at work. The hand gripper is easily adjustable and counts how many rounds you have done. The stress ball is really where I am at as far as strength goes but I do try with the hand gripper and feel confident over time that I'll be able to do it. Very happy with the quality of everything that came in the kit for the price.I would highly recommend anyone trying to regain strength or strengthen to purchase this.

the squeeze counter is adjustable and works great, love that it has a counter so I don't lose track. The finger trainer is easy to use and will work for you given you do enough reps. The finger stretchy band works really well. The ring and the egg are the easiest ones to use, more stress relievers than anything. Overall an awesome little training kit for a great value.

You’re grip and strength will get better

The Grip Strength Trainer is fine. Has an admittedly satisfying click with a rep counter. Feels like it is the most durable item in the package. That's not saying much, but for the price... Ehh... You could probably find a better quality one in a grocery store for cheaper. This one does feel like it'll snap eventually.Everything else feels like an afterthought. The Finger Trainer feels like it's maybe a 3-5 lb. resistance. Not very comfortable either despite the fact it's aping the Gripmaster Rehab design, and the very low resistance. Feels like it's made from the cheap, somewhat sticky plastic found in a dollar store toy. Just get a Gripmaster if you want one of these. Rehab Blue (7 lb resistance) is a great starter point, but they have a variety of resistances if you need more/less.The ring thing is maybe the second most durable object, but again the resistance feels like it's 3-5 lb. Might make a good dog toy if nothing else.If you specifically need a finger stretcher or a stress ball, don't bother with the ones provided in this kit.
