I don't use this everyday but for the days I do need it it is a lifesaver. It puts a nice stretch on the lower back after standing all day. But it's good for my hips It's good for my legs putting under my knee It's definitely a tool for the arsenal of back pain

I believe this and my inversion table are the reasons I'm walking today withiut surgery. Highly recommend, I literally bring it with me just about everywhere I go, work, travel etc.

I’ve just started using this so I’m unsure just how effective it will be but I do like how my back feels while I’m using it and after. Worth the money.

This is great for low back stretch, however it has weight limits and will collapse in the middle, if too much weight is applied on top of the wedge.

Update 12/19/24: I just returned from a three month international trip, and this is the first thing that goes in my roll aboard. After more than four years, I still use it every day, and it helps undo the damage that a different bed every few days causes. It’s still in perfect condition and still is the single most valuable thing I ever purchased on Amazon. What I’m really doing is tilting my pelvis, and it completely removes my SI joint pain until I do something to mess it up again (usually in my sleep).Updated 10/18/22: It’s been two years and I still use this device daily. I literally get up in the morning and immediately get on the floor to use it. The pain that I cause myself by sleeping on my stomach is immediately relieved. The device still in perfect condition. I think this is the most useful thing I have ever purchased from Amazon (and that’s saying something). I don’t travel anywhere without it in my suitcase.I have Degenerative Disc Disease and a family history of lower back issues. I’ve gone to a chiropractor periodically since I was 18 years old, and have monthly 90-minute deep tissue massages. If I could afford to see the chiropractor and massage therapist several times a week, I’d live a more comfortable life, but I can’t. I ordered this device out of sheer desperation and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done.I use it every morning and evening for 5 minutes or so (I just use my iPhone while I’m using it and don’t really pay attention to the time), but I also use it periodically throughout the day, especially after spending any amount of time standing. My pain is centered around the SI joint and the very lowest vertebrae, so I use this device lower on my back than it’s probably intended for throughout the day. While I am using it, I also straighten and flex my legs, giving myself a well supported core workout. Basically, I am tractioning my lower back, and I get instant relief (and I mean instant). It doesn’t take the place of seeing my chiropractor but, for the price of my co-pay on just one visit, it allows me to stretch my visits to every 3 to 4 weeks.It works best for me to use it on our hardwood floors. I stretch the lower spine, and then, after several seconds, slide the foam a bit further away, providing a deeper stretch of my entire spine.If you’re on the fence about it, I’d encourage you to try it. It might seem pricey for a piece of foam (it is), but when you consider its cost relative to any kind of treatment, it’s really quite a value, especially since I was looking at inversion tables in an attempt to lessen my pain. This does what they do for much less (and it is much easier to store).

This was probably my best purchase from Amazon. It does a great job stretching out your back and opening your hips a lot less money than going to a chiropractor.. Highly recommend

My brother and I both have terrible back issues (genetic). We both tried this out and it worked for neither of us. It actually made my back worse and I did use it following the directions. To be specific, I’ve had skeletal pain since I can remember. I’ve suffered from sciatica, herniated discs, pinched nerves etc. this started in high school. I purchased this after a 2 week bout of not being able to move much after having pain in my neck and numbness on the left 1/2 of my body. Once my issues subsided, I tried this product. As stated, it didn’t do anything but make the pain worse. I’m not sure what symptom others have suffered from but it did not help mine. I did discover I have celiac and diet change drastically improved my issues. I’m writing in such detail in hopes I can help someone else who has suffered chronically from pain and didn’t realize it wasn’t normal.

I love this thing. I've had it since 2019 and just used it now and it helped relieve my tight back so much I thought, I should really add a review. I have always benefited from chiropractic help but could no longer afford it. This helps me stretch and "pop" my back life nothing else ever could. I get so much relief from this little thing and bonus my son thinks it's fun to play with lol. Do recommend it if you need help stretching your back. Especially after being in a desk chair all day.
