Are they a tight fit on the concentrator? I have bought others that keep coming off.

Yes they are a tight fit,they are the same make as the ones supplied with the concentrator,only longer so i can get around the kitchen with out running out of pipe.They are also made from a softer material which makes them easier on the nose..They are a bit long for using out and about so i swap over to the shorter ones then,and back to the long one when i get home..Good luck..

has the end got 1 or 2 connectors

1. Connector fastens onto tube going to oxygen. There are dual Nasal prongs which go around the ears and can be adjusted then join into one tube with connector at the end
