A great product that works as promise
I dislike how expensive they have become, although they are a security and godsend for my husbands bowel and urinary incontinence. These pads contain virtually every kind of 'accident' from both the bowel and bladder. A great product he refuses to live without. He is able to go out for social events and shopping needs without worrying, although he still knows where every toilet facility is located. These pads fit comfortably inside of incontinence adult diapers, just like the diaper doublers we use to keep babies dry.We have been using these pads for at least 2 years and have found nothing else that even comes close to how these pads work. We will continue to purchase them because of the freedom afforded by their security of containing bowel and bladder leakage and sudden forceful emission.I hope that this review will encourage anyone else who suffers from the same type of issues.

Good product, but cannot compare different Amazon offerings due to very poor item descriptions
The Tranquility Topliner Booster Contour Pads I just received are much larger than my last order. So, I double-checked Amazon and found that there are many different Topliner Booster Countour items, with very to no information on what the differences are between them AND Contour pad, which, I'm not sure WHAT is in THAT package, but it has a capacity of 27.5 oz. My new order is for Super-Plus Extra-Large, and they are 6" longer and about a half-inch wider than the previous pads. They came in clear plastic wrap, and the only place that indicated they were Tranquility brand, or had ANY information at ALL about them was from Amazon's packing slip. They were like some generic item that someone packed in their garage. My previous shipment came in actual authentic white Tranquility bags, but even they only listed the product name "TopLiner Booster Contour Pads". It didn't list a Size, item or model number, Super-Plus, Heavy Absorbancy, nor Capacity in ounces, and there is no word "and" in between Topliner Booster and Contour Pad (which leads me to believe there are actually two different types of pads per each unit in that product, but there is no way to determine that from the info given). You just can’t compare these products to one another. I LOVE Amazon – they are normally great, but come on, they really need to spend some time rewording these items. I give these products 5-stars … but Amazon? I would give Amazon a Zero-Star for this one if I could. Come on Amazon, get it together. The labeling of these Tranquility Topliner Contour pad products is simply unacceptable. Some have slightly different names, and some have different numbers. For example, 3096 is Large, while the Medium has no model number. Some do not say any size, but note that they have a 13.6 oz capacity. Meanwhile, the Tranquility TopLiner Contour Super-Plus Pad Heavy-Absorbency (aka Tranquility 3097 Super Plus Topliner Pad) says it is 32” x 14”, but it does not list a fluid capacity. Then, there's the Super Plus Extra Large with a capacity of 28 oz. Then, there's the Super Plus Heavy Absorbancy, also with no sizing, number coding, nor capacity.I was ordering the 48-pack, and wanted to just order a 12-pack. I finally found that the “Premium Overnight Disposable Absorbent Underwear Quantity: X-Large - Pack of 14” is the same pad as “Tranquility TopLiner Booster Contour Pads, Super-Plus, Extra-Large Diaper Inserts Case/48 (4 bags of 12)”. The only way to tell that by the name or description is that they both do list dimension of 32x14. I ordered them, and crossed my fingers, and it is the same product.

Not a napkin for panties
More for a diaper. My confusion. Not yours

What a relief! This solves my most embarrassing moments.
TMI? Well if you suffer from watery explosive diarrhea because your nerves are dead you don’t want to be stuck home all the time. These work! Sometimes you have to go to the doctors, get X-rays, pick up meds…nothing is more embarrassing than being in a public place and all of a sudden without any warning something warm and watery runs down your leg onto carpeting…it stinks, but worse is a bio hazard! Humiliating! I wear Depends - but they only contain urine, not a full blown diarrhea attack. These go over the top of Depends for extra protection. Bulky - but worth it for peace of mind.

Unusably huge for me! 30"x14"
I suppose I should have asked how large these are before ordering, but from the description suggesting adding two for extra protection, and others' reviews saying how they fit in a panty, I never imagined they were THIS Huge -- they measure 30 inches by 14 inches! Even overweight and 39 weeks pregnant, these would flap out of my pants comically. They are quite soft, but just WAY too large for my purposes.

They work when upside down!
Ok so I absolutely love the overnight pull ups. They have been a life saver and laundry-saver for over a year with caring for my invalid 90 yr old mother in our home. But with her recent decline we needed something more. So I read the reviews on these top liner booster pads and bought one package. They came with no instructions but the photo on amazon shows the pink side next to the body. We tried that and we saw no imrovement in terms of ow wet her clothes and bedding were in the morning. I was very dissapointed but figured since we already had what was left in the one package we could experiment. We tried it with the white side next to her body and leaving it again higher in the back and it worked like a charm!! Not even her clothing was wet! We have tried it with the pink side against her body and when we do that she wakes up soaked. We are on out 2nd package now and very pleased with the results when the white side is next to her body. We are using these topliners with the tranquility overnight pullups and leaving the topliner about 3 to 4 inches above the pull up in the back. My laundry as been greatly reduced and the morning washup for her much easier now!! I highly recommend these if you use them upside down!!
