Model 3720 refused to recognize cartridge. Powered off unit, uninstalled it and rubbed chip clean then reinstalled. Powered unit back on and it worked.Revision - I downgraded my firmware back to the earliest version a while ago. I think this is necessary if you intend to keep your unit for a while. Even when I disabled updates after doing this, it still notifies me that upgrade is available. DO NOT UPDATE YOUR FIRMWARE. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

I have bought this ink before! I think it’s just as good as name brand ink! I will definitely buy it again! The price is excellent! The ink works extremely well! I would definitely recommend this product !!! Great value for the money!!

Good replacement for ink cartridge. I recommend cleaning jets when replacing ink.

Waste of money and energy!Printers are already frustrating enough, DO NOT buy this product. I am telling you!I bought a two-pack. The first worked for a couple of weeks, then it said it didn't recognize the ink.Then I put the second one in. Same thing, it worked a couple of times, and then it happened again. Now I have two almost full cartridges not working and I'm in a bind because I can't print something urgent! Incredibly frustrating!No, I did not upgrade the firmware. I am aware of the issue.Yes, I cleaned the connections.I am here furiously writing this review so you don't go through the same.No problem!I am writing the company, and I'll see what they say. I'll update this review accordingly.

product works great, cheaper than buying original ink. works well with my printer.

I'm happy that I don't have to pay Epson's prices for ink any more. EZInk has been good, so far, and the printer accepts it.
