I ordered these as I have taken l-cartinine in the past, and while it was years ago I recall they did make me able to concentrate more, with the extra energy I needed to do so. I've been struggling with concentration again recently, so this product was the first I went to when I realised.I do suffer with nerve pain due to a back problem, and since I started on these (about a month in now), I've noticed much less nerve pain. While I didn't order these for that purpose, it's an added bonus. There are a few other unexpected positives too:- I've noticed less depressive symptoms, I stopped taking antidepressants 2 months ago and was struggling a bit. I didn't actually know these might help with that, but I've seemed more upbeat and energetic.- Speaking of being energetic, I have noticed I'm more lively and have more energy during the daytime while taking these. This is perhaps why it works so well to enhance concentration levels.- Concentration & memory / mental cognition skills seem to go hand in hand, and I have noticed my mental abilities with regards to focusing more have improved.With 150 capsules at a recommended dosage of 2 capsules a day, this product lasts me 2 and a half months, which at this price I think is great value for money. Save & subscribe is another easy bonus so I know I'll never run out, delivery just arrives right on time when I need them so I'd recommend doing that if you know these work for you.If you do take a lot of vitamins/supplements, I'd recommend investing in a weekly pill organiser to keep on track of everything. This saves SO much time each day when taking vitamins, I just spend 20 minutes organising the boxes at the end of each week and it probably saves me 2 hours total in getting each pill individually out of the bottle each night and day over the week! This was something I had previously overlooked, but I find it so helpful as a quick timesaver now.

I have been using this product for over 2 years. I take it before visiting the gym and playing football and makes me feel less fatigue and able to give more to the session.

Not sure if it works and I am finishing this bottle now... I feel no difference but just hope that there is some health benefit from it
