Zinc is important for preventing Covid. I don't like swallowing pills, so I opted for these Orange chewable Zinc. They taste good, similar to Children's Bayer Aspirin. Why do I mention that? If you even think you have Covid, taking Children's Aspirin is helpful because there is no down side. It's not toxic, and it could thin your blood enough so that you do not get blood clots from Covid, which leads to strokes, etc. A friend was in the hospital for Covid, and the nurses hadn't heard of the importance of Aspirin, so I'm mentioning it here, along with my 5 star review of this chewable Zinc product.
