Awesome!
This thing is awesome! I use it to pair an iPhone 14 to an older Sole treadmill with built in speakers. Sound quality is excellent and plenty of volume, if you want it. Highly recommended!

Quite versatile - good sounding
A straightforward product that turns any wired earphones into Bluetooth headphones. Plug your headphones into the device, connect it to your Bluetooth source and you have audio. The volume control is quiet and can accommodate many types of headphones.Likewise, plugging in a wire from a music source turns the unit into a simple headphone amplifier. Surprisingly useful and decent quality. The large battery seems to last forever, but obviously will need recharging. It will certainly last through any flight. This is an excellent product for people on the go who like to listen wirelessly. It is not an ultra high-end product, nor does it boast the very latest Bluetooth protocols, and the DAC is not state of the art. But it also doesn't cost hundreds of Euros. It is a good example of sensible engineering that sounds perfectly fine. I love mine, and find it useful to keep in my jacket when I go out. The battery is ample, the controls are easy to use and the electronics are quiet and the sound is excellent. I plug in my earbuds and I'm wireless.

Great as a headphone amplifier meh as bluetooth receiver
Pros:Amplification is good with no noiseCan do bluetoothBattery does last a long time nearly all dayDecent rangeCons:The gain switch does very little, but for me this isn't an issue as the max vol is far more than enoughIt can do bluetooth SBC-XQ (the higher quality higher bitrate one) but set on this is stutters every minute no matter the computer or phone its paired with or the range so I'm docking a star as ill have to use normal quality SBCBluetooth pairing takes no passcode so its very easy to pair

Clean solid Power on demand w- a few short comings...
Pros:SERIOUS volume boost, clean/clear balanced sound amplification that is more than loud enough & I seriously mean loud enough, probably to loud/powerful for a wide range of earphones, earbuds, headphones & IEM's, compact enough to be portable & pocket friendly, tactile volume control, can be "hardwired" as well as Bluetooth ability. Bluetooth pairing is simple, easy & stable within 20ft, almost 30ft with no obstructions, 2 stage gain switch is definitely noticeable when switched from L to H, very lightweight, easy to use. Decent battery life. Metal shell. Good build quality.Cons:This an amp without a DAC, no play/pause or track control, charges micro USB not Type-C which is a subjective con on my part, many ppl won't even care & have at least 40 spare micro USB cables these days..., might be too big,/not compact enough for some. Battery life: should be better/longer; considering the size of device. In my opinion it should have a bigger battery... should be closer to 24hrs or more not the 8hrs in the description. Bluetooth range could be better & should be considering it's big enough to accommodate a bigger/stronger Bluetooth antenna..bluetooth signal starts to breakup after 20ish feet & can also be disrupted entirely if objects are in the way of signal (ie: walls, more than 1)Would I suggest or recommend this device to others looking for a Bluetooth headset amp?Overall, Yes. Definitely.Bottom line; if all you're looking for is "more power/higher volumes" to your audio headgear.. You've found it. To that end it preforms Fantasticly...it can easily get more than loud enough to give the user an urge to want to turn it down a bit.I don't see a person needing to deal with Bluetooth signal issues all too much when considering it will most likely be worn "on person" with a wired headset via phone or mp3 player with or without Bluetooth & not used at a distance. The sound quality is balanced, full, rich & lively. It amplifies the sound given to it. That said it's up to the device the signal is originally coming from to "filter" or clean up the signal. Highs are clear, crisp, technical & articulate. Bass is super solid & not "muddy" drowning out mids or highs. Mid-range is smooth & rich. Vocals are forward/front center. Staging is more detailed & wide when being used with higher quality headphones/IEM's.The device is very lightweight & compact enough to not be noticeable on your person unless you don't have pocket(s) that can accommodate. Volume control is user friendly & simple unlike a button (that's purely subjective on my part. I prefer a knob over a button)Take note that this amp potentially has enough power to actually burn out/"fry" cheap earbuds & headphones. If you're looking for something with more features than just volume control or want to use at a distance.. this might not be for you.

Music on the run
Excellent amplifier with solid quality for the price! 5G with Bluetooth capability makes it an excellent choice to use with my motorcycle..

*UPDATED* Solid construction, two minor flaws one strike.
The unit is now making a clicking sound on the left channel. I can hear what sounds like a capacitor charging internally. Further, while the units bluetooth works when next to the computer, it cuts out when in the pocket and the playback will not resume unless I play/pause the cell phone. This does not happen on either of my other bluetooth devices, and I'm using a new phone with Android 11. I will send the unit back.-----------The unit itself is wonderful. Three flaws:1. The attached auxiliary cable is one of the best looking cables I've ever seen. It's unfortunate that it's of such poor internal construction that it can not be used. The other reviewer is simply right on this. I'm kind of disappointed they would just send me trash. Just throw it away and discount the unit if it can't be used.2. I wish however that the usb-c charging port had a DAC built into it. A USB DAC can be had for $5. This would add a ton of value and performance to this.3. It needs a lossless bluetooth codec. Please add support for aptX. Headphones with aptX codecs can be purchased for $30. I would like that ability in this receiver too.If they spent another $0.50 on this beautiful, but useless, 3.5mm cord; and, if the unit had a DAC and aptX we'd be talking about mid-ranger gear. If they added play/pause next/back buttons, you'd be talking about a $200 unit. So the guts of this would kill the market with another $10 of hardware. It's just a missed opportunity.
