I can see the package says it contains no soy but in the description it states"contains soy protein" Which is it??

The product description is probably out of date. The cookies used to feature soy protein, but have since replaced it to make the cookie soy free.

If I do the monthly instead of the one time, how long do I have to do it?

you can cancel it whenever you’d like to. you don’t have to do it for life. you can only do it once and cancel by going to the subscribe and save section

Product package says 8 grams of protein but the description here says 15 grams. That's a huge difference, which is correct?

Each cookie is supposed to equal two servings, so probably the 15 grams refers to an entire cookie, but two servings.
