I decided to try this instead of cooking my own wheat berries which can be time consuming. I was surprised how much was in the can. I was able to make two Easter pies without a problem. Good quality and a great time saver. I will definitely buy again.

This product was shipped from Frank & Sal Italian Market on Amazon Marketplace. The care taken with packaging these two food items was amazing. Each can was covered in bubble wrap and placed in a carton full of large foam noodles. Too often vendors do not package things properly and stuff comes dented or otherwise damaged. This vendor sets the standard for proper packaging to protect the product they sell. Frank & Sal Italian Market gets a WELL DONE !

What a saving product - arrived in plenty of time for the Easter Holiday pies and rather than have to cook grain (finding it in FL is challenging also), etc. with this you just open the can!! Taste was right there!! GREAT value for the price!!

I liked the ease of using it. I did not have to hunt for the right type of wheat berries, did not have to soak them. I used them in Neopolitan Pastiera, Eastet Grain Pie.

I found this product at the local deli for 3 dollars. Definitely too overpriced my friend!
