Super high quality
Super happy with this purchase. It’s very close to 400 grams, so it is much easier to do the math in your head when feeding a sourdough starter. Very substantial and the fit and finish of the lids and the glass itself are fantastic. I’d recommend this to anyone for their jar needs. It comes with a wooden lid and a glass lid. With the glass lid you can use with or without the seal and the locks for airflow.

Very nice!
I bought this set for my sourdough starter. The jar I was using was hard to get the starter out cleanly. The straight lines and slight flare to the sides make that a breeze! Almost 2 easy! And it looks nice on my counter. It is a bit spendy. I think you can a set of 6 (no wooden lids) on their websight for about the same price, but I have no need for that many so I splurged on this one.

Multi-use Jar
I bought 3 sizes of these Weck jars several years ago and I find them to be so useful. They come with a sealing ring and clips with a glass lid so you can use them like a canning jar or just to store any food or drink. It is glass so you have to be careful on granite counters. I tipped my largest jar over 2 days ago and it did break. I can't do without this jar so I immediately ordered another overnight. This new one has a wooden lid as seen in my photo. I highly recommend these jars!
