I loved my old printer but it was 10 years old and time for an upgrade. We only use this for the occasional recipe, return slip, school form, etc. and it prints fine. The scanner is great, too.But it uses ink like crazy. I used to buy ink like once a year, now I'm having to purchase ink quarterly. Just something to consider!

I have been needing to purchase a home printer for some time now. This Canon was recommended to me by a tech savvy friend whose opinion I value. He did not lead me wrong! This printer was so easy to set up and connect to my phone & laptop. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and love it!

It worked for the first few weeks. We barely use except for kids projects. It’s basically brand new. However, now the printer will not grab the paper. I’ve searched and looked up all the online manuals and cleaned everything. It’s going to the dump at this point. What a waste! Don’t buy.

I purchased this printer because I needed on in a hurry to print eBay labels. It was a little difficult to get set up to wireless. But I'm anything but a computer genius.The problem I have is that I'm used to my printer always being on. For some reason this one shuts its self off automatically and I don't know if there is a way to stop it from doing that.Oh and it loves ink I've had it like a month and have had to buy ink, I bought off brand and not Canon, haven't installed them yet, I hope they work.It also keeps getting kicked off line and takes a full re-install plus to get it to work.

I was dreading the set up. These things usually don’t go well. So we took it out of the box and set it up in maybe ten minutes. It was great.As my daughters kindergarten teacher would say “easy-least”. I specifically wanted a canon because you can still bring black and white even if you’re out of cyan ink. My Epsom wouldn’t do that. It was hey I’m not printing anything until I get my cyan. Printing quality is good, I haven’t tried printing photos yet but printing internet from my phone was a piece of cake. Don’t let the low price fool you, it’s a damned fine printer.

We received our printer today. Came earlier then expected which was a nice surprise. This was a great buy for the price. Went to Walmart and Office Max and both of them were solw out on the home printers. Office Max only had the big office type printers.The printer came with both black and colored ink. It is wireless which really helps when both my son and I work remote and both have things to print up. Much quieter than the last printer I had. We are both really happy with our purchase and would definitely buy again from this seller. Thank you
