This is a great camera! We use for video distribution throughout our entertainment venue. Very good value for the money. Have had zero issues. Works great!! Even better, their support is excellent! I lost my IR remote and after emailing their support email, I received A++ support from Ivan. When needed, the next camera I need in our venue will be a Fomako.

The media could not be loaded. We got this for our church and it has been incredible! The picture quality is amazing for the price and the AI tracking is great. Everything works out of the box with the remote. I have uploaded a screen recording showing off the great zoom, clarity, auto-focus, and AI tracking. This camera is absolutely perfect for our church and is a major upgrade to our livestreams.It does have a few technical quirks that you should be aware of. 1) None of the presets or AI tracking will work after you turn the camera on until you pan or tilt the camera with the remote. It just seems to be a quirk of the system. 2) When you turn off auto-tracking, the camera zooms all the way out and centers it's view. Unless you have your camera perfectly centered on the stage, it will look weird, like in the video. To fix that, go the the camera's web address and set "Present 0" to look whatever you want the default view to be. Now when you turn off the auto-tracking, it will go to that preset.

Directions were at least as good as expected and covered everything but the mounting parts, which were easy enough to figure out. Simple to set up and figure out. Worked great in close-up testing.When we tested it in our church,we found that focus left something to be desired when zoomed in from 100' away. Looked fine streamed to a phone screen, but not on a larger screen. Poor focus was obvious in OBS and not resolvable with auto or manual focusing.

I haven't tested it fully yet but so far it has an incredibly clear sharp picture and the setup is easy and quick not complicated at all performs very well haven't tested sound quality as yet but it seems to be very much compatible with my other Ptz Optics at church, and Obsbot Tail Air remote wireless systems... it appears to be a good buy... Check back for updates when I've tested it more fully.UPDATE FYI: This company has put a great packet in place for anyone who is new to LiveStreaming.AI Tracking PTZ cameras with NDI and a support team That I can say personally will stick with you until all is well even though the find the issue is not with there product. I had a poor cable and bad network switch.I look forward to buying more for Fomako in the future!!!

We got this as a second camera for streaming. This camera is surprising. It's proven to be as capable as our original PTZ that costs almost twice as much.The AI-assisted auto-focus is amazing. It's powerful and accurate.

Product worked great for a month and then it lost all the ability to control it via remote.In the beginning I could not turn off the camera with the remote, i had to manually unplug it.

FoMaKo AI Auto Tracking HDMI PTZ Camera value for money, Excellent quality.

The AI does track but not as you would expect. It focuses on motion not a person. Be aware if there are others behind your subject.
