Poor Refurbish Job but good laptop
When I bought this device it looked great, no visible scratches and everything worked. however, a couple months later my laptop refused to come on so I took a look inside. I was surprised to find that harddrive had become dislodged because it was held down by a piece of tape. the screw that normally holds it down appeared to have the head stripped and they did not removed it and used the tape instead which would eventually fail. I was able to remove and replace the screw easily with a pair of plyers.

Got the product with no hard drive detected as well as a business log in was still on laptop couldn't bypass to windows and given a hard time by Amazon every single step of the way. Garbage Company peddling garbage products.
