This is a quality vitamin supplement for the eyes. It contains more ingredients for eye health than the other better known brands and at the same price. They are all fairly expensive but eye health is very important!!

Great product
I was told by an eye doctor that I had macular degeneration and I did quite a bit of research and landed on this product and started taking it.I wanted a second opinion and went an couple months later to another eye doctor who didn’t see any degeneration but sold this product in his office! I asked him about it and he said they did a lot of research as well and chose this product for their patients. I’ll keep taking this as I really feel it’s helping. Don’t know if it reversed what the first doc saw or not but I’m liking that it might have changed things for the better.

Great pills
Beginning of macular degeneration in November. I started taking the pills daily and on my recent eye exam, my eyes show that the macular degeneration is stable.

Has The Active Carotenoids Your Eyes Need In One Pill
This formulation has the three key carotenoids: Meso-zeaxanthin 10mg, Lutein 10mg, and Zeaxanthin 2mg in one pill. MacuHealth Plus+ requires that you pop 4 pills per day. And MacuHealth Plus+ has vitamins C, E, and zinc which I already get in my multivitamin supplement. Also MacuHealth Plus+ costs $14 dollars more. So all in all this is a better choice. I was taking a supplement provided by my Eye Doctor. But it also has these 3 carotenoids and nothing else and costs about the same so I just prefer to order this from Amazon. It's not cheap but macular degeneration runs in my family so if I can avoid that by taking this, I don't mind spending the money. I am rating it a five because I expect that it will effectively forestall potential macular degeneration and the brand was recommended by my sister's optometrist. And I've been using it for over a year and have gotten good eye test results specifically related to the retina at my optometrist. I am 70 years old.
