No flickering, very bright, easy to install and better than other brands. Highly recommended
I did try the led 2 watts before and i found them dark and flickery so i went back on halogen at 20 watts. Since 3 of them died recently and the energizer cost around just over £3 per bulb with 2.2 watts, thought i would give this a try.THIS IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the ones I've tried before. It came in a small box (thought packaging could be slightly improved) but well packed. The led bulbs is just the right size (i compred to the halogen and energizer in the picture). It is like covered in a silicon and it doesn't feel that delicate compared to the halogen.Very easy to install. just turn off the main electricity, and then pop them in, it's that simple.I have been using it for a couple of days now and there is no flickering (unlike the ones i used before). The light itself is very bright that i cant believe it's just 2 watts. It is the same brightness when i had 20 watts on before. The pack comes with 10 led lights which i am very pleased since i needed 6 and some packs only have 5.Overall i am very pleased with this product. I have now set the energizer bulb aside and used this instead. This only cost me a fraction of a price compared to the ones out there. And it think even though this is cheaper, it is way better!I would recommend this product 110%

30,000 hours - not my experience
I agree with other reviewers that these bulbs do fail - been using them for about a year as under-cupboard kitchen lights (on occasionally) and most have now failed - so I take issue with the 30,000 hours (3.4 years) life specification. However, that's a similar failure rate to the old halogen ones, so assuming that the energy specification is correct the reduction in energy usage pretty much balances the extra cost of the LEDs. Again as others have said, they do fit, and since it's real fiddly to fit them in my light sockets, I appreciate the convenience of being able to touch the glass when fitting. So despite the disappointing product life, I've ordered some more.No flickering at all in my installation, and a pleasant quality of light.

Brighter, good light, lower running costs
I had a light fitting with 18 G4 bulbs of the less common 5w rating, which, despite the supposed 90w output, never gave the brightest light. Attractive and unusual it might have been, but if you wanted to read at night with elderly eyes it was a challenge. I first looked at changing to LED some years ago and the cost of 18 bulbs was prohibitive and a new driver was certainly going to be needed but prices have reduced dramatically. These bulbs are the same size as standard G4s, not particularly expensive at £1.50 each, and at 1.2 watt are twice as bright, yet run far cooler, than the bulbs they replace. The light is bright and neither too harshly white, nor tending towards yellow, giving a light close to daylight. I was concerned that I would need a new driver, and even ordered one ready to fit, but I inserted all the bulbs without any problem and, two weeks on, there has been no sign of a flicker so the existing driver has coped. From 90 watts I am now down to 21.6 watts with twice the light output and with bulbs that should last for many years.UPDATETwo bulbs have failed, (27-07-19) which is a 10 per cent fail rate in three months so current 5 star rating pending.

Good and Bad
I've had a couple burn out really quickly i.e. Few weeks, while other have lasted for months, so I'm not convinced on the consistency of the build quality. The brightness is great and better than halogen and the fit in the tiny wall lights is perfect.

Energy saving and beautiful LED light
The lighting is soft, easy to install, I’m very satisfied. The bulb has a long life, low maintenance cost and is safer to use. This light is no flickering warm light, not dazzling, creating a pure and comfortable atmosphere, the light makes people feel very comfortable!Great replacement led bulbs. Quality construction and produce nice bright light. Keeping the same brightness and warmness the old bulbs had while using less power. Arrived in a neat package too. Would buy again. It is recommended to use it.

I felt guilty turning it on. So we had the transformer replaced by a manufacturer supplied LED driver. I tried 20 cooler 3000K bulbs but they were a bit too cool a light for the hallway. And then a couple blew and the importer could no longer supply them. (Naughty Auraglow.) So I bought 30 of these in February 2019, keeping ten aside for replacement and not relying upon the same bulbs being around in a year or five. The light is warmer and more pleasant. But, here we are, just two months later, and I've just replaced the first bulb. I'm hoping one dying so quickly is just a bit of bad luck and that the survivors will last longer. But you might want to order some spares too.
