Re-marks City Doors 750-Piece Jigsaw Puzzle for All Ages

Great, challenging, puzzle. Took a while to arrive, but enjoyed putting it together.

This puzzle is beautiful! It arrived to me in a very timely manner and it was just as described. I was very pleased with my purchase.

There were several pieces missing. The item had been returned indicating 3 pieces missing but it was sold againThe seller argued that it was not the case but we were right

I bought the City Doors puzzle at Hobby Lobby. It is an attractive puzzle and it was really nice to have the 750 piece size. Yes, there are a couple of duplications of pictures, but that is clearly shown on the box. I just took it as a way of adding some difficulty. However, despite the fact that the box was shrink wrapped and the interior bag factory sealed, there were two pieces missing. My adult daughter and I completed several puzzles over the holidays and we had no other problems with missing pieces. I have not had problems with missing puzzle pieces in the past. We completed the puzzle in one day. I do not have pets with an interest in puzzle pieces. I can only conclude that there is a quality control issue.The company offers an 800 number for customer service where a complaint can be left. They promise to call back. They don't. I would prefer to buy from a company such as Re-marks as they tout themselves as paying a living wage and giving back to the community. However, the defective product and their lack of responsiveness to the problem have been very disappointing. I will look for other manufacturers in the future.

Puzzle junkie, but this one could have been so much better if there were not doubles, even triples of some photos! Love the edgier theme, graffiti etc, but just take a few more photos, so lazy!!

I'm sure you've seen seven hundred cat puzzles in your lifetime, so this one is sure to be unique to you, as it was to me. The one problem is... it's not entirely unique! You'd have to spend a few hours scrutinizing over the pieces to catch this, but there's a door, perhaps two, that are on here twice! The one I remember off the top of my head had a very close cropped picture, then elsewhere the same door from a further distance. You might think, bah, no way, but I swear it's true! I can't imagine why, there must be thousand stock images they could have chosen. I can only postulate that whoever made this puzzle literally took these pictures and ran out of interesting doors in their immediate vicinity. That and/or they were lazy. Still it was fun, except for when I was sure I knew where a piece went only to realize it could go in two places (give or take).

Challenging puzzle but worth it. I love the fron door graphics.

Excellent!!! One of the best and coolest puzzles I've ordered for my dad in 3 years!!! Highly recommended!
