This was an experiment to see if we could salvage an upholstered headboard. I had little hope that it would work but I was very wrong. The headboard came out beautifully. The spray was not only perfect for the fabric but also effectively covered the grommets. IF you follow the instructions you will be very pleased with the results. Take your time! This company was excellent to work with and is very responsive to any concerns you may have. Excellent customer service! I will be ordering again in the near future for a few other projects we want to try.

To begin with this took way more than 6 cans, I bought 12 and did not do back, sides, bottles of sofa. My sofa is chenille and reading about the product I thought yeah ok it just doesn’t need to be waterproof that’s all. Not true! Before you cross the threshold of dye think twice. I have painted for years and this just is no product I will ever fool with again. It did not cover even after 3 coats, it’s spotty, it’s wearing and I wish I had never bought that 200.00 worth! Also the furniture where I sit the dye is already coming off. Might work on a non sitting accent piece. We have bought a brand new sofa now so that leaves me at a total cost of 1700.00 for using this crap. They could refund my due cost at the least. Grrrr

The fabric dye worked as expected, and the seller sent detailed instructions on how to correctly apply it and avoid clogging the sprayer. I managed to dye a wool rug and am happy with the results. The dye is a bit pricey, but it saved me from having to buy a new rug!

The product did go in fairly well and wasn't stiff. I had a retro pair of chairs that are remarkable but wrong color. Thought if taped the stripes I like off and only spray the color I want to change, I would have enough. Started with pillows. The color bleed into the others. So had to paint whole pillow. Took 1 can per pillow so not enough left for chairs, and the cost to buy enough paint for those chairs would be so much more than reupholstering. So so sad to have ruined the pillows to where no longer match chair. A timeless set of chairs someone could of used. Product was fine, if your doing a one tone color item that is not very large. Was soft to touch and no heavy fumes. Just sad it didn't work for my project.

This really did a great job covering discoloration on my velvet chair. But I got the job done with just 1 can. I asked the seller if I can return the other 2, but never heard back.

This product did exactly what I needed it to do! It took a minute to get used to spray pattern, but once I got it, it worked wonders. Only down fall was I needed more to finish my project. Happily ordered two more sets of 6!!! I will share pictures once I'm done.

The spray is fairly easy to use. I did 4 light coats to get full coverage. Unfortunately, a week later the fabric is still tacky so I don’t know if I will ever be able to actually sit on the chair. If you are doing anything larger than a chair seat be prepared to buy a lot of cans.

People can't believe I painted my couch! It turned out beautiful! A hole slot cheaper then having it reupholstered. My wife just wanted to change colors. She likes it!!!
