worked well for about a year
The battery worked for about a year for me before it stopped working completely. Had no issues until the warranty period

Garbage
of all the Bose QC replacement batteries on Amazon this one purportedly had 50% more storage capacity so I thought I would try it. Of course, it was no easier to put in, but that was a Bose engineering problem and not the battery’s fault. However, the battery worked very poorly and almost all perimeters. It took several rounds to even get it charged, and then it only lasted for about 30 minutes. None of the reviews of the Chinese replacement batteries are consistently good so I will go to Bose directly as should you don’t be frightened by the technical replacement descriptions. It’s really quite simple if you can just solder.

Great Battery. QC35's are a Pandora's Box...
Short Version - Huge pain in the butt to install and you better know how to solder tiny wires (and have a soldering iron with a small tip). 5-star battery, but 1 star to Bose for serviceability. Sadly, such a common theme on electronics these days. My QC35's are "good as new" after battery was replaced.Longer, but more entertaining version:I have the 1st generation Bose QC35 headphones. Over time, the ear pads fell apart and I found a great replacement set on Amazon. Not long after, I started noticing the headphones would act weird (lose audio on one side) or just shut down unexpectedly. Since they were nearly 5 years old, the battery was suspect. So, I ordered this little guy.The install is not for the faint of heart. Unlike the fire swamp where you'll face rodents of unusual size and quicksand (see Princess Bride), here you'll face the following challenges:1. Pry off the earcup and the ear liner ( fabric with the L/R on it). Easy start...2. You then have to remove a couple screws to get the outer part of the earcup off. You're now lulled into a false sense of security. Hey, I can do this!3. You'll now be faced with Pandora's Box. It's a small "box" inside that has a glued on lid. After some prying, cutting, and a handful of swear words, I managed to get the lid of Pandora's box opened. It is here that the golden glow (ok, using artistic license here) of the battery will bathe you in a taste of success... or so you think.4. Now desolder the wires (easy enough) and pry out the battery without stabbing it and letting it catch fire (it is a lithium battery after all). Yes, that battery is glued in VERY well. Thanks Bose! <- with much sarcasm.5. I'm running out of funny comments, so just do the above in reverse order to finish the install of the new battery :) I used super glue to put the battery box back together. If you're mechanically handy and know how to use a soldering iron, you can likely do this. It's not easy, but then again, why burn $300+ on new headphones when all these needed was a battery? I'm glad I did it as I love my QC35's and have no desire to add them to a landfill anytime soon. So far I've spent about $50 to keep them going, versus just throwing them away. Just be ready to battle Pandora's Box....

Great replacement
I bought this to fix my wife’s Bose headphones. Wired it in and now we can recharge.

Lower capacity than original
Original battery has 1.9Wh printed on it, this one is 1.48 Wh, which is 22% less. Watt-hours is the actual measurement of energy storage capacity, so it is than a better comparison than mA-h. This battery is physically smaller as well.Otherwise, it worked fine.

Battery life is somehow even worse than my factory/stock battery after that one was used for 4 years
I got this battery to replace my stock battery which was at the end of its life. This is a decent amount of work, so I'm pretty disappointed to see how short the battery life on this replacement is.I strongly recommend against getting this.

Defective Battery
This battery arrived with only 2 of the 3 necessary wires. Was returned for a credit.
