I've had one for a long time and it's been great. Just ordered a second to help with knee surgery recovery. They are soft, comfortable and cool quickly in the freezer.

Pros: Maximum flexibility straight out of the freezer and little-to-no condensation, packing material feels strong and I'm not worried about breaks/leaking. Cons: Because of the small size and thin layer of gel it only stays cold for maybe an hour at most, I use icepacks to fall asleep with migraines so it doesnt really do it for me.
