Q: whats all inside the box?

Everything you need EXCEPT the perm rods. I use to give my Mom perms every 4-5 months, and she had a shoe box of different sized rods. She always insisted on the Ogilvie perm. Good perm!

Q: Does "heat activated" mean I'll need a hood hair dryer or can I get by with a blow dryer? Advance thanks!

the "heat activated" is in the solution... 2 bottles are mixed together creating "heat". Pleased with results.
