Easy replacement for an original item.
I bought this as the unit on my small compressor shook itself to pieces. Easy to install and so far (around 12v months) it's working well.

Solid replacement part
Installed easily as ports are fairly standard on small compressors. The old unit had a cracked manifold so this is a big improvement. I had to dial back the pressure setting a little to get it to maintain around 100psi. There is no dedicated earth connection but this can be achieved by mounting the earth to the bolts that thread from the bottom. Looking at other reviews I suspect some people are over torquing the 1/4 BSP connectors (they're conical, they don't go all the way in!).

Works well
Bought to replace a pressure switch on an old compressor with issues. One thing to note is all connections are 1/4 in bsp. My compressor took that size apart from the tank connection. The tank thread was 3/8 in. Had to buy a 3/8 female to 1/4 in male adapter for the switch to fit. Adaptor bought from Amazon, would suggest taking photos of the wiring before starting the replacement but is simple to do for the home diy'er.

No better than the faulty one I was replacing.
The little check valve in the pressure release pipe leaked continually so that the compressor was cycling every minute to restore pressure . Total waste of my time and money. If you buy cheap , you get rubbish. I intend to return for a refund .
