Don't put on backwards
When installing on mk4 jetta make sure you take the metal L bracket off 1st THEN install the bushing.. it fits the other way but will keep falling off if not put on right side of bracket. Worked great tho!

It fits
But it fits very loosely. I'm going to have to figure out a way to keep it from falling out when shifting to reverse and to 5th and 6th gear.

Unsafe to use
UNSAFE!! Never imagined how truly important such a small bushing could be...Installed and took my carfor a drive around the block... bushing popped out of PLACE WHILE DRIVING and was unable to shift at all. Pulled off to the side of the road and pushed it back in place(loose fit) and continued home with the shift boot removed so I could monitor the bushing while shifting. Popped out of place 2 more times in that short trip. DO NOT BUY!

Didn't last a week
I bought this for a customer's car to repair the slop in the shifter. It didn't last a week and I had to get the shifter assembly to repair the problem
