If your snorkelling in Hawaii buy this.
MY wife and I went to Hawaii for our 25th wedding anniversary and having never snorkelled before we decided to buy this fish guide. We are glad we did. Snorkelling is a whole new world and this guide helps so much in knowing what you will find there. We highly recmmend it!

Best single sheet guide I've seen.
As a frequent snorkeler in the islands' shallows, this guide includes most of my friends in an easy-to-read format. Much more helpful than some of the other guides that don't distinguish the many tangs, butterfly fish and others.

Fun chart
This chart is exactly what it looks to be online. It is exactly what you see snorkeling in Kona.

Good card, but missing a lot of common fish
This is a nice sturdy and laminated card. However I was frustrated that many of the fish I repeatedly saw while snorkeling in Maui were morning the card.

very thorough and easy to take along on your expeditions

This chart was really helpful inidentifing the fish we encountered while snorkeling in Maui. It is very well made with excellent illustrations. The only negative with it is that we encountered large quantities of several fish that were not on this chart. We had to identify these using Google. One example was the Christmas Wrasse in the included photo.
