Make sure you open the box when it is delivered. Mine got a bit beat-up in shipping. I got the plastic pulled back out so all is well. The dispenser works great. The company we work with wanted monthly rent on the dispenser. At this great price, you can save money in the long run.

The price can’t be beat. I use it for instant ramen and coffee and when I want some chill water. I ended up saving money rather than buy packs of water bottles.

Me and my family use this everyday and it works like a charm. Easy to put the large bottle in and the coolness of the water is great! Easy set up i would recommend this to anyone

Bought one for my daughter and her family and they raved about it so I bought a second! Hot water comes out hot and I use it for soups and such. The cold water isn’t freezing but it’s cold enough.

UPDATE: 3/4/2024 - DO NOT BUY! It's been a month of us trying to get this returned/replaced/fixed and the manufacture and their third party warranty company do everything possible to drag their feet. Still no resolution!UPDATE: 2/19/2024 - Amazon still won't accept return. Warranty dept. still will not respond or address the issue, third party we've been referred to also just keeps asking for the same information as a way to stall. I recommend avoiding this product & the company all together.---ORIGINAL - 3 Months After PurchaseWould not recommend this product. Purchased 3 months ago and it already stopped working. The heat function does not work, the water only ever stays room temperature. Amazon says it's past the return period, so I called manufactures the service number provided, and after being transferred to three different people (who kept calling it an ice dispenser) I was provided another 800 number to call, and then after going through them was provided with another 800 number. I have a "ticket" and should hear back in 7-14 days on what they suggest doing. It's broken, it's defective, it doesn't work. No support from manufacture. Won't recommend this brand anymore. Future buyers be warned.

Quiet, cold water dispenses no need for ice. Hot water dispenses no need to boil water for that hot cup of tea or instant coffee just push a button. Very convenient. Highly recommed

Delivered on time by considerate driver. For the price, I found no other unit even close. Where I admit price was the driving force on this replacement item, I find the unit meeting all my needs without compromise: hot water for tea and cool water hydration. Looked for a cheap replacement and come up a winner.

Cold water isn't super cold and it comes out soooooo slow. It's crazy how long it take to fill a 16oz bottle
