Honest riview
I ordered the Atomberg renesa 1400 mm midnight blackFirst impressions on the day of installation..29th -JuneReceived package intact - Included all parts as mentioned on the websitesCould have supplied the safety wire too..Colour is exactly as shown on websiteQuality is 4.5 out of 5Very light weightAlmost noiseless.. only sound I could hear is that fan blades against air..Air-reach is good. Covers large area than my older normal ceiling fan..However air thrown is little bit less than normal ceiling fan.On 5 speed you can expect as much as air thrown by a normal ceiling fan when set to 3-4 speed ...Have to point the remote at the fan to operate..Will check if there is any difference in terms of power consumption after using it for few days...

White elephant: quality issue, high maintenance cost.
Writing this review after using the product for ~3 years.I bought 2 fans in Feb 2022 and July 2022. I was happy with their performance. But around a year ago I started facing issue with both these fans. They started making different noise while running. I booked service appointment with Atomberg. First one got cancelled without any visit by service personal. I booked another appointment, this time the personal visited and after checking the issue informed that we need to change the central unit due to issue with bearing and it will cost me 2700 Rs for one fan. Thats just 1000 short of new fan's cost of same model and even a new non-BLDC fan's costs the same.I have to pay 500 rs as visiting changes as my warranty was over. It's bad on my part that I haven't raised my complaint earlier during warranty. My old non-BLDC fans were far better than Atomberg. I don't remember spending any penny for over 15 years for any issue apart from replacing the capacitor.Quality of Atomberg product is doubtful. Maybe their engineering maturity hasn't reached to the level of other old renowned competitors. If you are designing a product where replacement part's cost if more that 50% of product cost then you should have robust design for longer life or make it easy to assemble, disassemble and replace the parts instead of replacing the whole unit.I won't recommend Atomberg fan.

Nice energy efficient fans.
Well have been using the fan for few days and feedback as:1) Power savings are taken as granted because of low wattage, high efficiency?? motor. The field winding losses i assume are accounted for.2) Breeze, air flow is not outstanding or bad (lots of reviews). It could be due to low installation height.3) No details of the motor are provided. Ideally it should be not above 160 --180VDC (to take care of the AC-DC conversion duty) and the voltage drop in rural areas.4) A DC motor will give high torque (suitable for a chutney grinder) but for a fan? I don't know; what will happen if i insert my hand in the fan. A regular fan will grind to halt (because of its drooping torque characteristics (this i will test; and edit my review).5) The fan Is a tad bit slow to start, which could have been solved by using the smart S curve acceleration.6) The remote should have a memory fn to defacto remember the last speed (at home they keepon trying to select the speed at start up). The boost fn in remote though is useful.7. No details are available of the motor (series, shunt, compound??). Ideally the motor voltage should be low (but the pf and winding costs would be an issue.) But I am not facing any air flow issues as the power supply in mumbai is stable. (In DC motor the speed is directly proportional to the voltage).8. The fan blade design nowadays are dynamically tuned for higher airflow.. which depends on various variables...9. The remote controls both the fans in my living room simultaneously.

Honest Review After 2 Years of Use – Disappointed with Service and Product Quality
I’m writing this review after using the product for almost 2 years. I faced repeated issues with the 1400 mm fan, particularly related to noise and inconsistent speed. During the warranty period, I had to raise multiple service requests, and unfortunately, the customer service from Atomberg was quite poor. Each service took nearly a month to resolve, and even after repairs, the same issues kept recurring.Despite reaching out to them via social media, I didn’t receive timely or effective responses. It felt like customer concerns post-purchase are not a priority for them.In contrast, the 1200 mm variant has been functioning fine, which makes me suspect that there might be an inherent issue with the 1400 mm model that Atomberg should seriously look into or consider discontinuing. While the fan worked fine after the last service, the same issue has resurfaced recently. I’ve chosen to ignore it for now as I’m using it at a lower speed, but the problem comes back the moment I raise the speed. In summary: Good concept, poor execution (at least for the 1400 mm variant), and very disappointing after-sales service.

Costly , slow and rusting blades.
Slow compared to other bldc fans. Also, of five that i bought rest were cheaper but this at 1/4 higher cost and supposed to be made in India rusted at its edges. Snap attached.
