Beware before you purchase!
Highly disappointed in this seller. Purchased this item to use on our small travel trailer which was well within their weight capacity. Did not work and was returned within the 30 day policy. They charged us over half of the entire sell cost just for a "restocking fee". Please be careful with this seller as they are not helpful at all and the item does not work as advertised from our experience.

Works ok
The dolly arrived damaged. The switch on the Handel was apart and the main switch on the battery box was broken and loose. I have received great service getting the parts replaced. It takes some time to tighten the hitch the ball on my 18 ft boat. No easy or quick putting the hitch on the ball. You need a wrench (provided but hard to use) to tighten hitch to the ball. The adjustable post holding the ball is too high at the lowest adjustment for my boat. You have to really crank the boat tung up high just to get it on the hitch. The electronics and battery housing was cracked at switch but they replaced the part. Overall, I can use it. It’s just does not fit my compression brake boat hitch. I would buy again.

Unstable and dangerous. Nowhere near as strong as they claim.
My boat and trailer weighs about 2,300 lbs loaded. This trailer dolly struggles on any very minor incline. (I live in a very flat coastal region). Pushing is the best way to use it, although the wheels spin on my textured concrete driveway on minor turns, and if you do not put aq LOT of downward pressure on the handles it will tilt upward quickly. Worse yet, when pulling is will tip if turned more than a few degrees. Very dangerous!

The ER bill is $1000
I really struggled to buy this or not. But I figured the ER visit for hurting my back is a grand. I am SO HAPPY I DID! It assembles easy and mine will fully charged. I used it right away and wow that was easy. One thing, if you have a lip in the concrete make sure you push it over not pull it over. Once the tires on the trailer hit the lip the dolly will pull up and loose traction. So just keep pushing.Stop thinking, next to buying my boat this is the perfect addition. My back is already thanking me, my wife is happy I am not swearing while I move the boat around any more.

Depends
I ended up returning this because it was not powerful enough and was actually pretty dangerous to operate. If your trailer is very light, it could be useful but that would defeat the need of an electric dolly. The dolly would “buck” violently when pushing a trailer within the 3,500 lb limit. It would also not push the trailer up a standard sloped driveway without manual pushing assistance. The tires would just spin in place. Once you are on perfectly level cement, and pushed down hard on the handle to prevent the “bucking”, it worked pretty well. The return was smooth and the company sent a prepaid shipping label quickly.

Works on flat surfaces, no braking ability.
I purchased this so that I can easily park my pop up tent camper into my garage. There is a slight sloping grade on my driveway and to get in to the garage there is a lip where the garage is maybe an inch higher than the driveway.Never use this item on a slope without someone else with you holding blocks, the trailer can and will roll back on you since the dolly has no braking mechanism. It can handle pushing up a very light slope, but no more than that. It cannot push up the 1 inch lip when the wheels of the trailer are at the edge. We have to give it a running start of maybe 15 feet with my wife pushing the trailer and me pushing the dolly to build enough forward momentum to clear the lip.If your trailer is well under 2000lbs then you will likely have better luck, anything more and you will run in to the issues I have raised.Overall it was worth the purchase price, had I known these issues I would have gladly paid $500 more to get something with a little more power and a braking capability.
