great album. finally found an album that can be used for 8x10 photos. album lies flat and allows all the photos to be viewed as they should be, looking their best. I am also delighted at the amount of photos that can be put into this album and the fact that it is soft covered . very easy to put pictures into the protective sleeves since they are a little larger then 8x10. exactly the size i wanted. sleeves will not fall out or tear if used appropriately. sleeves are permanently attached keeping the album looking neat even when it is filled to capacity. Note that you cannot use refills with this album but since it is designed to allow for a large number of photos refills are not recessary. definitely worth the money.

So the first book I bought was for photography. However, I figured out really quickly that it was great for music gigs to hold the lyrics in the book in the order of the set list. It laid very nicely on the music stand and stayed open with no problem. It was also handy to have when the songs were new and I wasn't 100% with the lyrics. And an added plus- it held up super well with the heavy use and the banging around in backpacks and gig bags. Hence the purchase of the second book. It will be used to hold lyrics and tabs for my ukulele songs as I am learning them. And it's plenty big enough to hold ALL of the songs that I want to learn. I'm a bit over ambitious but I can dream. And since the pages can be taken in and out I can put the songs in the order from favorite to least, since I have sticky tabs, I can organize them for holiday or events. Super happy I made this purchase.

Perfect for building my art collection into a neat portfolio

I needed a book to make a portfolio of photography that could easily be paged through repeatedly. The pages easily hold 8 by 10s nicely and are sturdy. The cover is relatively stiff and the construction over all is sturdy. It was easy to slide my printed cover page into the front and along the spine and they seem to stay where I put them well. The book has a nice feel when you page through it as well as looking clean and professional.

I love these! I am a genealogist. I've been using these for years now. I use these to keep my research in. I get a completed family branch and depending on the number of pages, I get one of these books to safely hold all of my documents, photos, printouts, etc. for that branch of the tree. I now have 14 of these books finished and still working on others. Three of these books are memory books for each of my grandkids. I am also contemplating reworking my kids scrapbooks into these just so I can keep them all together. My next project is a book titled "Our Story" about my husband and I to be passed on to our grandkids and the generations to come.

Itoya makes excellent portfolios, and my only wish was that they have offerings with more pages. I would like to see the 9 x 12 and maybe the 11 x 14 also in versions with more pages.
