“The best honey I’ve ever had!”
I am 72 years old and have been using honey in my warm morning drinks since I was 19 years old… What does that mean, I started with honey in my tea & when I was 40 - switched to coffee-still using only honey. There’s not much someone can tell me about honey that I don’t know through my research of almost 50 years.Since switching to Madhava honey almost 10+ years ago… I have never had a cold, never had the flu, and I never caught Covid! This is a healthy, organic, unfiltered and natural product. When I see people in restaurants or grab a honey off the shelf that pours out of the plastic spout… Don’t they know that it’s been super processed? Have you ever looked at a honeycomb? Have you ever taken a bite of a honeycomb? It’s as thick as a candy bar - thick texture -so therefore, if you can get a honey, that is naturally thick where you have to scoop it out with a spoon, Trust me, this is the closest to a bees natural honeycomb you’re going to get! Madhava honey is collected from fields of wildflowers in America and not melted down and poured out of a plastic squeeze jar. The flavor is so rich and natural! I can’t ever go back to the little honey bear again! As we grow older, some of us get wiser and I’m there… so listen to me, this is your honey! But don’t buy so much that I can’t find any! :-)

Nice Honey and NOT raw.
I bought this honey, which is non returnable. NOTE: No where in the description, now that I read it all several times, does it state this bottle is RAW. It is NOT raw. If it is Raw and Unpasteurized, it States so on the label They used to sell a Raw, more expensive. version, labeled as raw. They highlight all the certifications about it being clean and inspected on their website and on Amazon. They say organic and unfiltered, however, NO WHERE does it state it is RAW. I was reading many reviews, however, maybe... they are referring to the other version of Raw Madhava in a smaller jar (as Amazon often combines one brand's reviews of various products under each similar product.) However, Mudhava Organic Amber Honey 5 pounds is NOT raw. It is probably pasteurized, however, that is not required to be on the label. Here is a quote I found on one site: ". It should say “100% raw” or “unpasteurized”. Words like “organic” and “pure” do not indicate that the honey was unheated."It tasted good. It crystalizes in my house and I have to put it in other containers. However, pasteurized honey can crystallize. I researched that too. I do believe it is organic and clean. It has a lovely taste However, if you want raw honey, which contains many more minerals and such for your health, then this is NOT the honey to purchase. It is good organic honey. Here on Amazon, I purchase Y.S. Eco Bee Farms, 100% Certified Organic Raw Honey, which is very good, delicious RAW honey. Certified in both ways.

Have had better for the price
It’s good, but not $11 creamed honey good. You can taste the granules and the liquid separately, so it’s not really emulsified like good creamed honey should be.
