makes fermentation so easy
I have made Kombucha before and used a jar with a muslin cover - it was quite a lot of faff, but I find using this set up makes the whole process seamless. No messing about with sieves etc. I read some reviews saying that tghe cap doesn't screw up tight enough - I find that mine is fine and doesn't leak when i pour the 1st ferment through the strainer. All in all I would definitely recommend it although I think there could be a more handmade/crafty-looking design.

Great fermentation jar
Great kefir jug for fermentation where you don't need to faff about with strainers when you need to empty. Air flow is adjustable too which is great
