Beats Every Wireless IEM On The Market
Got recommended these by and audiophile youtube channel. They did NOT disappoint. These are by far the best sounding earbuds I've ever had even compared to the apple airpods and the galaxy buds. Even if you subjectively think other brands sound better, these can be bought for a fraction of the price with minimal to Zero difference in audio quality. In my opinion that makes it FAR superior. Construction quality is also amazing the case has a nice weighted metal finish and the buds themselves are super comfortable with a lot of interchangeable silicone ear tips. The biggest downside that makes these nearly terrible are the horrible touch controls. I wanted these for working out and they tend to get triggered by my slightly above shoulder length hair as soon as it gets a little damp with sweat. Very annoying. Also not the best implementation of touch controls because they require very precise gestures like if not perfectly straight it won't register. Despite the bad touch controls, the N400's are still very high quality and I would not consider buying other brands at their exorbitant prices with sub par audio.

Fantastic Sound, Great App
Amazing sounding earbuds, easily the best sounding ones I own. The phone app is also great: solid EQ, easy to use, program gestures and adjust the ANC to a palatable level. To get proper sound from it, I had to use the foam tips. I could not get a good seal from the silicone tips.Typically, I've had issues with Comply's foam tips degrading the sound quality; however, these foam tips did not have the foam filter guarding the tip's hole. Upon ordering replacement tips, I've had to tear out this filter, and muffled sound begone! There is already a metal mesh filter on these earbuds, so this foam filter is completely unnecessary.Only complaints are that you can only have one gesture on the left earbud, and the swipe gesture is hard to get to consistently register. After some practice, it gets easier, but I still just default to using phone controls for volume adjustment.

Great sound, not so good product
They are truly good wireless IEMs, but you really can't ignore some of the big manufacturing flaws they lie behind.

Shouldn’t be so difficult
Sonically, these bugs are good. The trouble is storing them in the case properly to charge up. The contacts on the buds must engage with the contacts in the case which requires you the carefully check every time. Not do with other brands. With many other brands, pop the buds in the case and they charge up, no need to double check.I can’t tell you how many times I pull these buds from their case only to find that they haven’t been charged up.

Excellent Sound Quality
The AKG N400 produces the best sound quality I've ever heard period! Solid bass, full mids and crystal-clear highs. The soundstage on these is absolutely AMAZING. Save your money on the "best in the business" (expensive) high-end ear buds out there.Just one small complaint: the ANC is nothing to write home about - sorry, I'm just being honest - but if that's not an issue, then the N400 provides the most bang (pun intended) for the buck in my book.

Great sound, but lesser quality of life features.
They sound and feel fine for a relaxed listening experience, but for work or keeping them in for long periods of time....the longer fins start to agitate my inner ear, it's not ideal. They come in a bulkier case than what you might be used to, so keep that in mind. The battery life just barely last me for my work day, but the case has to be charged every 3-4 days.As for the features, the EQ is fine if you know what you're doing. They lack the ability to use the left one on its own, which means so the right ear is the only one with call answering capabilities, and the only side that works if you want to keep only one in at a time.EDIT; Dropped it down to 2 stars, it doesn't hold a charge more than 1 day, and now the right bud (the only one I use daily) no longer charges to 100% even after cleaning, assuring it's connected, and plugged in. Sad I can't return it at this point.2nd Edit (Sept 2024)Sadly I'm just not going to use these anymore as a daily driver. The battery just isn't holding up and it's not charging consistently regardless of how clean or how often I ensure they're on the charging pins.

Meh, Earbuds, trust me, steer away
The audio quality of the AGK N400 is quite overrated. The earbuds' fitment is shoddy for the ears and the link keeps breaking down while using. Since the Buds are right-ear dominant buds, it becomes ineffective if the right ear is not engaged. Compared to AirPods Pros NC, the noise cancellation is not as good; unless the audio is cranked up, you can hear the noise outside with NC on. The Earbuds' battery life is awful. The charging container is Weirdly made. The earbuds won't charge unless they are positioned in a certain manner. Although it is generally very buggy to use, the software functions correctly. Overall, Buds are overrated and utterly worthless (JUST DO NOT TAKE THE RISK FOR THESE EARBUDS!). I’M SERIOUS

Excellent sound quality...
...but the sound quality does seem pretty dependent on having the app and good blue tooth connectivity. Tried it with an expensive but older DAP (iBasso DX220MAX) that didn't support the AKG app and it sounded disappointingly muddy. Tried it on my Samsung S21+ with updated AKG app and custom eq with all levels cranked as another reviewer here recommended and it sounds pretty darn good. This is coming from someone who is firmly in the "sound quality above all/audiofool" camp. I have never owned any other TWS so I can't compare. They are simple. They are comfortable. They look great. And I just couldn't help but be amused/horrified by reviewers (both here and on youtube) who complain bitterly that right and left are reversed in the case.
