Love
I eat a lot of eggs. Got this for summertime specifically because it is very hot where I live. This is the best! Cooks my hard (medium) boiled eggs in about 7-8 mins. without heating up my house by boiling a big pot of water. It’s so cute too. Works really well.

Versatile and Convenient Egg Cooker - Five Stars!
I recently purchased the Hamilton Beach 3-in-1 Electric Egg Cooker, and I couldn't be happier with its performance. It’s incredibly simple to use, thanks to the provided measuring cup that ensures you add the right amount of water for your preferred level of cooking. While it may take a few uses to perfect your personal taste, the cooker consistently delivers eggs exactly how you like them once you figure out the right water level. The versatility of this cooker is impressive—it handles hard-boiled eggs, poached eggs, and omelets with ease. Cleanup is straightforward, as most parts only require a quick wipe with warm soapy water or a cycle in the dishwasher. The poacher section does need to be lightly oiled to prevent sticking, if not it adds a bit more effort to the cleanup, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to the overall convenience. What I really appreciate is the speed and ease of use. Whether I’m in a rush in the morning or preparing a quick meal, this egg cooker saves time and delivers great results. I highly recommend the Hamilton Beach 3-in-1 Electric Egg Cooker for anyone looking for a reliable and versatile kitchen gadget.

Best thing ever!
I love this egg cooker. Cooks up to 7 eggs at the flip of a switch. Just add water with the cup provided put the lid on it and flip the switch. You’ll have boiled/steamed eggs in no time. No fuss no mess..just eggs cooked perfectly and ready to eat or prepare as you wish.. Once done, I drop the eggs into a small ice bath and within a few minutes they are ready to peel. The shells slip off easily every time and they are cooked perfectly. Best thing ever!

Love it!
Haven't done anything but steam the eggs but it worked great. My only complaint is that I had a cracked egg and the white cooked onto the metal plate and it was very difficult to clean. Otherwise. It was just what I wanted.

I like it
Update: i figured out the button. Its a very manual button that functions mechanically, not electronic lyrics. Meaning if the button is still pressed in when you plu it in, it stays in the on position, so it will be on as soon as you plug it in. Today I made 3 hard boiled eggs and they turned out perfectly. I used the amount of water the cup said to use and I'm finding that the trick on this thing is not to assume anything is done with the first beep, indicating it's complete. I let this go through 3 beep cycles and the eggs were perfectly hard cookied. One note, based on reviews of these egg cookers, i was expecting the water measurer to have a pin on the end to Pierce the egg shells before cooking but this set dis not have one. I did Peirce the shells with a thumb tack to allow pressure to release during cooking.I like it. Takes some trial and error to get it right. I made a 2 egg omelet with onion, cheese and lunchmeat chopped up and followed the instructions exactly and on the first alarm, it was way undercooked. Still very runny. Found out that a second and a third alarm will chime giving it more cooking time. But the instructions lead you to believe after the first alarm that the watter has all evaporated. But the omelet eventually came out well cooked and a wonderful texture. The omlet dish is tricky to pick up and flip the eggs out but no sticking at all. It came right out. Last, I'm not sure what the power button is for lol. You plug it in and it comes on. Never pushed the button. My first dish so we will keep playing with it but so far I'm really happy with it.

Eggs perfect
Love this item, I’ve done poached and hard boiled, they were cooked perfectly! It’s the right size of storage, cooked in half the time, the hard boiled eggs peel easy ( I do still put them in ice water after cooking). The cost very affordable for the value I use it for.

Design flaws. Learning curve.
This little egg cooker has about equal good points and bad. First the good. I have several appliances from this brand and I've loved them all so I went looking for Hamilto Beach for an egg cooker. I like that it doesn't heat up my kitchen. At its price, it's a value even with a few issues that need worked around. Storage is easy as it barely takes up space. Its very quiet and I like that you can make up to 7 eggs and it has omelet and poaching features. Now the bad. You need to stay in the room with this. It has a built in timer where it will beep when the water is evaporate indicating it's done. There is no timer you can adjust. And when the timer goes off, you need to be there right away because it will keep cooking even when the water has dried up. No auto shut off. The button itself is fine once you play with it and realize you need to push hard to urn it off. My biggest issue hower is the instructions are off. I had to do a bit of playing around. I did 5 boiled eggs first. Filled exactly to the correct water mark and the middle egg exploded. For this feature, I probably needed less water for shorter cooking time. Then I did 2 egg omelets. This was where the instructions were way off. Following exactly to the water mark (pictured) the omelet was still pretty jiggly and raw when it went off so I had to send it through a second time with more water. The omelet was great once done. Lastly, the measuring cup and the instructions do not match. Instructions will say fill to 50ml mark. There is no such mark on the cup. Instead it tells you the kind of egg where the mark is (see pick) and when my fingers were wet, you can see in the pic that the ink marks smudge immediately off.
