Liquid protein that tastes good‼️
This is a great product and is especially good for people who need protein and calories, but have little appetite for meals. I started buying this for my husband 7 years ago after major heart surgery. He had lost quite a bit of weight and a doctor at Hopkins recommended it to me as anAddition to meals.My husband likes the chocolate flavor and he usually drinks two in late afternoon. It has really helped him over the years and I highly recommend this.I used to purchase it in stores weekly, but now I order a case online through Amazon and it is delivered to our door. So much more convenient! It is also less expensive than purchasing in a grocery store! THANK YOU AMAZON‼️❤️

Great product
Great way for me to get my nutrients. I work in healthcare and a big breakfast weighs me down, so I drink a boost. Refreshing, flavorful and filling. I'm not the best at remembering my vitamins, so Boost gives me what I need as far as vitamins.

Good product, small bottle, nice taste
This is not a meal in one, but my doctor recommended it for me at a time that I was not eating well. I feel like it adds nutrition to my diet, and I enjoy the taste, but I have also returned to enjoying my meals so I use it less frequently. Nevertheless, when I am running short of time I use it as a stop gap until I can get back to my normal meals. e.g. I get up too late to shower, dress and fix breakfast before a morning appointment. They I grab one and go.
