The product is ok, the discs are easy to rotate, but I would not rate it as very difficult (of course, the difficulty will depend on the solver). It might look like there are 16x16x16=4096 disc positions, but there is an easy, algorithmic approach that only needs to consider a very small number of options, and one can easily solve it within 20 minutes.
