Tiny Army of Dust Defenders – Now in Black Twizzler Texture
Does exactly what it needs to—blocks dust from invading your ports like a tiny silicone SWAT team. Just be prepared for a LOT of little pieces packed into tiny bags. It’s like opening a miniature hardware store for tech geeks.I’m using these for my KVM, laptop, eGPU, power USB hub, and more, and so far, they fit snugly and do their job well. Plus, the rubber has a nice feel—kind of like black Twizzlers (but sadly, without the taste… just saying). If you’ve got ports that need protection and don’t want them turning into dust bunny hotels, this is the kit for you! Mission accomplished. 💻🔌🚫🦠

Exactly as ordered
Has almost everything to blank off inputs - but they are mostly not a tight fit so good thing they have spares included

Nice, but not perfect
The sd card plug is to big, but can be pushed in with a quite a bit of force. The HDMI plugs are just big enough to stay in the port, and the rubber tab on them is absolutely horrendously tiny, I had to grab a pair of tweezers to pull it out. Beyond that they all fit nicely, enough I got a bag of unlabeled parts. Oh well, I probably wouldn't use them anyway

Work for the most part but not ideal
Description claims Silicone but I couldn't figure out if these are indeed Silicone or just rubber.Anyways, for the most part, they work as intended, closing up those visible ports. The reason I am deducting 2 stars is that some of these dust boots are actually going too far into the port making it almost impossible to pull out. Plugged in a couple of HDMI ports and the only way I could get the boot out was using a push pin. This makes me think that if you need to free up a plugged port in a pinch, you could be in a bind unless you have a something handy to pull it out, like a sim card ejector.Same with USB-C plugs.

Protects and Works Well
There's a bunch of brands but I'm sure they all come from the same few factory lines. Definitely get the silicone as they're a bit flexible and can squeeze into ports. I see plastic ones around, those may be better for desktops or fixed-in-place things. If your machine has deeper port cutouts, be careful inserting one too far in because it'll be harder to remove. In my photo, the HDMI plug is quite far in but I don't use it so it's more ideal for me to be so far in. If you do expect to use ports, just kind of lightly set them in. They're not going to fall out given a fairly tight tolerance fit and silicone generally offers enough grip to not fling out like their plastic counterparts. I block out ports I don't expect to use at all so if the little removal nib breaks, not a big deal. If you are intending for repeat constant removal and insertion, the nib may not last very long.Value is fine, wish there were a few more modern ports and less old oddities. But that's my fault for picking this specific pack. Look around and see what you would want the most.

Tons of Plugs, Great for Laptop & Other Appliances
I thought I would only use these for my Laptop, but I use for other appliances that can be charged through a port. Quality is great I think and it's really easy to fit'em and remove them when it's needed.
