Best toothpase.
Been using this toothpaste for years. All our family. Menthol taste not too strong so my youngest says it's not spicy :) but leaves your breath fresh. 99% natural. No fluoride, which is good, because, believe it or not, but fluoride is not good for your teeth. Dentists will tell you the opposite because that's their job. My teeth are much better than when I was brushing them with all the popular brands. Very pleased with this product. Quite expensive though but it's worth it (will save you on dentist bills lol).

I have been looking for a natural toothpaste for some time this one is perfect 🤩

Fluoride free.
I thought I would give this toothpaste a go as I found out fluoride isn't just bad for you but it also is bad for the enamel on your teeth. It cleans your teeth well but the flavour isn't the greatest. I have learned to deal with the taste now and won't be going back to using any of the big brands that contain fluoride. They just help the dentist pockets to get bigger than they already are.
