Same diphenhydramine that you would pay considerably more for with the name brand. Avoid the store with Prime. The packaging is better. It's a smaller container, still holding 365 pills, with less room in it for them to be shaken up in. FYI, the pills are very small and easy to get down with the standard dosage of 25mg. These are not the chewable kind, but they are very easy to break in two if you only use the 12.5 dose.

Did what it should!
I used these as a daily allergy med, which worked but my body was so used to it they stopped making me sleepy a long time ago, so I could no longer use these for sleep (or Tylenol PM,etc) which is just acetaminophen and benadryl (diphenhydramine).
