The media could not be loaded. I use it for my graduation topper because I’m not good with arts and crafts. I wanted something meaningful but pretty and quick to put together. It does not already come with the flowers attached you have to stick them on & it comes with a lot I didn’t use them. It has velcro to attach it to cap. It was a lil smaller than the cap but it still looked really nice. You will have to cut a hole so your tassel fits. Overall it’s well worth the money. Everyone asked to take pictures of my cap and the link.

I bought this kit for my graduation cap. It was super easy to put together and is great quality. After graduation, you can detach from your cap and display with photos and diploma.

I liked that you can decorate it how you please. Flowers come in a separate little bag and each stick very well.

Yes, you have to self assemble but it’s super easy! Advertising isn’t the best because the topper does NOT have glitter and the letters are NOT 3D. Regardless, I’m happy with the outcome.
