Works good!!!
When I got this I put it on because my IT band was hurting very badly and within 5 minutes I felt the pressure off my IT band and it was not hurting!!! I was able to get up and down without pain!!! The only problem is that I have big legs and after a while it started digging into my leg!!! No fault of the band which works I just need a larger size!!!

It pointed me to an answer
I didn't get relief from Iliotibial Band Performance Sleeve because it is too narrow. However I extended that concept by wearing a larger knee brace on my thigh and that provided relief. Therefore I am happy that I used your product.

They sent wrong size twice
I ordered one that it did not fit. So I sent it back for replacement for another size. They sent me the same size.

So good I bought another one
This band immediately alleviated the significant IT band pain I experience. I bought this unit in order to have a second band on hand.

Runs a little small
Sizing runs a little small. Definitely order a size larger than what you measure. It does however work better than the IT band straps I've tried in the past.

Good substitute for sleeve
Excellent option when ITB is sore and it's too hot to wear a full compression sleeve or tights. It will not support the full thigh or ITB but just above patella where there typically will be a knot with a sore ITB. In any case ITB syndrome is usually due to tension in the quads and hip, so you should be addressing it with stretching, massaging, strengthening and mobility work.
