My calfs been hurting for awhile now, after using this massage ball, it felt better and less cramp.Packaging was an extra touch. Zeak packaging tube added that deluxe value and feel. It was neat and prime looking tube.It comes with 2 massage balls with Zeak logo and quote on the other side. Wake Up. Kick Ass. Repeat. Everytime I look at those, it makes me feel energize and pump. Nice little touch that makes a lot of difference. The 2 massage balls feels and looks like it was made by high quality materials.Overall, I highly recommend this product, not only for its functionality but on its looks and quality and also the boost it will give you once you are holding the ball and reading those words. Arrived earlier than expected! Love how easy it is to use and truly targets nerve and muscle points that alleviates stress and pain, especially for my ankle and knee injuries. Instructions on the website are so easy to follow. Very durable and easy to clean too. Loving the blush colour and the packaging that doubles as a storage container for the massage balls. The balls are nice but my packaging was ruined (the holder) so I am not able to store them in it.

Goodbye you stupid knots on the upper part of the my back...the ones I got from hunched over doing computer work all day. I could hear their crunchiness going away as I pressed this ball between my back and the wall. Gonna call these balls my new "ballfriend" (like boyfriend). Can't believe I spent so much money on massage devices when these $12 balls worked better than them all. Every human needs a set of these balls.

I have ischial bursitis (sit bone pain), and these little balls have helped more than physical therapy, medication, hot/cold therapy, etc. I'm beginning to be able to sit at restaurants and such without carrying in my butt pillow.I actually sit on a ball on a hard surface and roll my butt around on the sore spot. This product is great. Ive been using foam rollers for year and this is new for me but it really gets deeper into the pressure points of tight tissue. Weather using it against a wall or on the floor there are so many ways to use. I have school online and use them under my feet for my tight plantar fasciitis while attending my zoom class online.
