Terrific Value, Great Glasses
I was looking for safety glasses that fit over my Rx glasses to use with a CO2 powered gun. I wanted impact resistant safety glasses which these are. They are a good compromise between price and function. I would have liked UV protection and even stronger impact resistant specs, but I didn't want to spend a whole lot more since I don't spend very much time wearing the glasses. I have a small face and these fit over my glasses just fine. My husband wears them and he has much wider glasses than me. I didn't realize that polycarbonate deteriorates over time and that safety glasses should be replaced every 4 years. I will wear wear these around my home when I use power tools instead of the very, very old safety glasses that I had been using!

My favorite safety glasses by far
These are the only safety glasses I've forgotten I was wearing. They fit securely over my prescription glasses without ever slipping or squeezing. The flexible material on the earpieces makes these exceptionally comfortable for all day wear.My glasses measure 13.7 cm from hinge to hinge and fit with room to spare. However, at 4 cm tall my glasses are at the very maximum the OVR-Spec II can accommodate so they won't work for all eyeglass wearers. In my hands, the 39 g OVR-Spec II feel heavier than a pair of 33 g 3M Eyeglass Protectors, but I don't find the difference noticeable in use. Both are Z87+ certified and should be just fine for my applications, but 3M pair feel cheap and flimsy in comparison. The OVR-Specs have metal screws at the top hinge points rather than a plastic peg, and their material is thicker.I think my fit to face is adequate. Safety glasses are no substitute for full goggles when total protection from all angles is required, but these should offer good protection, with a small gap between the OVR-Specs and my forehead, and some open space where something could get it from underneath on the sides. If I wear them without my prescription glasses, they fit snuggly against my forehead and the side space is minimized, but then I can't see. In this regard, they are no worse than any other fitover safety glasses I've tried, and the fit is better than many.I like these so much I got a pair in grey as well to use as moderately dorky sunglasses. I don't think it is possible to beat the comfort and value.

Comfortably protect your eyes and glasses...while seeing fuzzy numbers.
Do you wear glasses and work somewhere where you’re required to wear safety glasses for a portion, or even all of your shift? Are your only options to spend one or two Benjamins for prescription safety glasses, or wear the ones provided by your job that most likely cause you headaches, which shows that the safety concerns are selective? Are the safety side shields too loose on your frames and flop all over the place like [insert presidential candidate here]? Well, I think I found what could be the only good pair of safety glasses to wear over your own standard glasses. Of course, there’s probably never going to be a pair that’s 100% comfortable to wear over glasses, but this is as close as you’re gonna get. Where I work, there are only 3-4 standard types of safety glasses, with two of those types being huge ones for people who need to wear glasses to see. They’re bulky, hang on to the edge of your nose, are usually too tight around the temple area or above the ears, and tend to break in no time. They’re so bad that I was considering getting contacts just to wear at work so I could wear normal safety glasses. But after searching for a few minutes on here, I came across these and thought I’d try them out after seeing the mostly positive reviews. The absolute best thing about these safety glasses is that they’re not huge. They’re certainly bigger than my glasses I need to wear, but they’re not gigantic ones that cover up half of my face and just barely hang on to my nose. They fit over my glasses easily without rubbing against them and without causing any distortion. Everything is clear with no tinting of any kind too. I have to admit, while my job is physical, having me constantly on the move, I don’t sweat or get tired over the course of the night, so I can’t say I had any issues with them fogging up. The overall construction seems very sturdy and they should last a lot longer than the safety glasses we’re provided with at work. And you gotta love the side shields. They may not offer the best clarity for peripheral vision, but it offers safety that a lot of safety glasses don’t have. ‘funny how people can get away with wearing those kinds, huh? What keeps them from 5 stars? One personal issue and one design issue. My personal issue is that I have a big head, so these do feel tight on me after 5-10 minutes, and I have to take them off for a couple of seconds for relief. Fortunately, these have rubber temple tips, so they don’t feel as snug as those that are completely plastic. If you have a normal sized head, you should be fine. The other problem is that the lenses have text on them! You can’t see it in the stock image, but both lenses have serial numbers or something printed RIGHT THERE ACROSS THE TOP OF THE LENSES. Why?! Once you realize this, it’s not a huge deal, but it causes a bit of a distraction since there are a lot of times when I think I got a scuff across the lenses, or they got dirty. It’s a very weird and bad place to put the numbers.

Smaller Frame Glasses, Good Fit!
I've had the same night time fit over glasses for over 6 years in yellow and when they broke, I could not complain. I needed replacements and these fit the bill. You need the requirements of ACTUAL safety glasses ANSI Z87+. These minimize the super bulky look AND fit the requirements.

These glasses are a MUST HAVE for a dental assistant!
I recently got glasses (bifocals, to be exact). The glasses are too small to serve as proper ppe, even with disposable side shields. These safety glasses are perfect! They fit right over, they are comfortable, very durable, and lightweight. The price is great!Definitely recommend!! Five Stars, no doubt.

It's OK
There are pros and cons to these safety glasses.Cons: The glasses are not clear and have a dark tint to them that does not show up well in the listing. They fog up very easily which is annoying.Pros: The temples of the glasses are flexible so that they are more comfortable to wear, and they do fit over small framed glasses as long as you follow the measurements on the posting.

good IF they will fit over your specs .
I wear glasses but they have no side shields , these are always hanging around my neck , slip them on when needed and right back off , they will not fit anything but small lens , although they would be great if you did not wear glasses at all , have now bought second pair after a year of daily use ( they were a little scratched) an earpiece broke between the black rubbery part and the clear hard plastic . glued it and used them but it was time for them . if they fit you , good for the money .
