I have been using the Pilot V5 Hi-Tecpoint pen for quite some time now, and it never disappoints. The 0.5mm needlepoint tip gives a very fine, precise line that is perfect for writing notes, signing documents, and even light sketching. The ink flow is extremely smooth and consistent, with no skipping or blotting.The transparent barrel makes it easy to monitor the ink level, and the pen feels comfortable to hold for long writing sessions. The ink dries fairly quickly, reducing the chances of smudging, which is a big plus for both right and left-handed users.One small drawback is that the ink is not waterproof, and if you're not careful, it can leak slightly if mishandled. Everyone's favorite, the v5 with the cartridge system! What more do you want!!Works like charm. However don't expect a keychain as mentioned, I think only some sellers are offering the keychain, even I didn't get one.Delivery charge is bit high, but you will not get this product from anywhere else in the market at this point. So it was worth it for me.About the sellers, try to buy from a reputed seller. The one I bought from had a good rating and he helped me clear my doubts about the product, even after delivery. So 👍 for that.

This will be a pretty long review, but you will find all of your answers regarding this pen over here!Pros:1.It's Pilot V5, and it's refillable, just like the Pilot V7 (Cartridge System). Dream come true!2.The cartridges that fit into the Pilot V7 also fit with this, so no worries.3.Just buy Pilot Hi-Tecpoint 05 Ink from an offline stationary store (easily available there, costs ₹15 for 4mL of Ink), and this pen will be much more economical to use, while giving you the same writing experience.4.Comes with an okayish keychain.5.Made up of recycled plastic.6.Very convenient to refill, as cartridges come out easily, and Pilot Ink can also be filled in empty cartridges very easily, without any hassle.7.The packaging, and the condition in which it arrives, is also pretty good, despite not being an Amazon Prime Seller (Just check the seller rating before purchasing any product, and it's recommended to pay a bit extra (if required), just to get the product from a reputed and relaible seller, and chances of you getting a faulty product will become very less.)Cons:1.Delivery charge is exceptionally high. The product cost was ₹149, but yhe delivery charge was ₹119! (Reason being that he had a very high seller rating-93%, and even though other sellers charged slightly lesser delivery charge, I preferred to buy from that seller) I could get a set of 3 non-refillable Pilot V5s for less than the delivery charge!2.The ink is not waterproof (This is the case with every rollerball pen though, but I wish Pilot could formulate such an ink that not only flows smoothly, but is also waterproof).3.This one is subjective, but the design and overall feel of non refillable Pilot V5 is better then this one. That pen is more symmetrical and evenly shaped from top to bottom, it's more maneuverable due to its slightly thinner grip, and has a metal clip too with brushed texture. This pen has a plastic clip, just like the Pilot V7(Cartridge System), and they can break very easily. Also, the design of this pen and all the detaling on this thing begins to fade away after a few months, but that's not the case with the non refillable Pilot V5s.But still, it's still kinda okay, as it's not available online anywhere (Just search for "Pilot V5 Cartridge System" on Google, only the Amazon result will show up. Not available even in other online stationary shops, and very scarcely available in the offline market.Nevertheless, it's still a decent product, and I would request all the sellers selling this product to sell it as an Amazon Fulfilled product. I guarantee that this will sell like hot cakes, and will definitely outsell the Pilot V7 (Cartridge System) Pen.Note 1: The M.R.P. of this product is ₹50/Piece, so if you, by chance, manage to get this pen at its M.R.P., whether on online or offline platform, go for it without a second thought.Note 2: If you really want to buy this product from Amazon (with insanely high delivery charges, as this product doesn’t sell as an Amazon Prime/Fulfilled product yet), I would recommend you to go for the 12 pcs set. Since sellers charge same delivery amount for all their products, buying the 12 pcs set would be the most economical choice. It retails at ₹600, and depending on the seller you choose (as delivery charges vary accordingly), you can get the product for an effective price of ₹57 to ₹60 per piece.Note 3: You should primarily buy this pen if you want to refill your favourite Pilot V5 multiple times. Not only it will save your money, but you will also be doing your bit by saving the environment, as you won't be throwing this pen away anytime soon (unless you drop the pen vertically downwards and damage the tip), or buy a new pen.However, if you are wondering whether non-refillable Pilot V5s can be refilled or not, or whether they can be refilled only few times, then let me tell you, that you can refill them as many times you want, if you refill it carefully. It takes more time and effort though. You can watch some YouTube videos regarding the same to get an idea.
