Fairly easy project..you can do it!
The media could not be loaded. The hardest part is digging the hole. Strong construction well thought out with holes and pump trap door for easy access. Love the results!

Worked well! Very pleased !
The media could not be loaded. Relatively simple. Make sure to put pond liner underneath with overlap on all 4 sides to fold (up and inward toward basin) to catch water overspill. Definitely sturdy as it held 2 boulders & myself while standing on it to build waterfall. I drilled a few small holes on the upper sides(just about an inch below lid) to let water flow back in that had escaped around the basin. Im very pleased with it thus far. We'll see how it holds up over time.

Sturdy and holds a lot of water.
The media could not be loaded. This was half the price of some of the other basins but seems much better quality and holds a lot of water so I'm not too worried about the pump running dry. Make sure you level it real good or the water will not flow evenly over the pot. I also filled mine with water and attached the top before backfilling so the dirt and sand didn't put any pressure on the sides. Covered the top so dirt couldn't get in when backfilling. The trap door works okay for me it is not exactly in the center as other reviews have mentioned so maybe they changed the design to fix this problem. I'm 100% satisfied!

It worked!
The media could not be loaded. This waterfall basin is well constructed and worked very well for our landscaping project. A couple of things to keep in mind;1. There are no instructions that mean anything.2. I chose to backfill the hole with sand and I attempted to fill all the voids with a shovel handle. The problem was that I over packed the sides and the sides bowed in. See the first picture. This kept the lid from sitting properly, in fact I couldn't get it on at all. I had to remove the basin, remove some of the sand and reset the basin. I then backfilled very gently and managed to keep the sides straight. A little guidance from the directions would have been appreciated.Overall, this was pretty simple to do, just involved a fair amount of manual labor.Don't be afraid to tackle one of these projects, it's not technical. In fact it's pretty simple. By the way, I used a solar powered pump.

Solidly built
This is my first project of this kind. The hardest part was digging the hole. After that the basin goes in and is easily assembled. Tip: put the support pillars into to holes on the lid first and then align them with the bottom holes. It is much easier that way.

So far so good
Works great so far. Like another reviewer stated when installing I too had bowing once i back filled. When I filled with water I was lucky it went back to shape. Not sure if it makes sense to put water in at the same time and at same level as you back fill.

Sturdy water basin
Sturdy water basin for a fountain. Holds a lot of rock weight on top due to inside lid supports. It has a door for accessing pump once installed. Very well thought out
