Like new, although the packaging was slightly damaged. Also came fully charged. Well worth the price.

Again bought for hubby and his new cordless drill. He has been laughing while in his garage workshop and shouting "feel the power". So they must be ok. Way cheaper than the batteries for his old black and decker with is now going to the tip.

Died after 4 weeks, find a better brand
Do not buy this battery. I've had many draper tools in the past and their mechanical stuff is great, but not their power tools because they aren't able to create a decent battery. They seem to know this which is why they offer absolutely 0 warranty on them. My first battery lasted a little over a year with minor infrequent use. Contacted draper to see if they could replace or fix it and after they looked at the battery and confirmed it was dead, they then told me they don't do warranties on batteries even for a day, so why they even bothered looking at the battery I don't know, just time wasting. So I bought this replacement and used it about 7 times in 4 weeks, came to charge it for about the 3rd time and same problem as the last battery, totally dead. I've now thrown away my draper drill and got a bosch, a brand that knows what they're doing.Won't be buying draper anymore and I'm letting the garages I work with know to avoid them too. Their battery is terrible but their customer service is dire too.

Faulty
Battery must be faulty has never worked properly from new, I tried it with my impact, grinder and drill it’s definitely the battery, works for a couple seconds then cuts out. Can’t blame the seller battery was packaged like new not tampered with. Unfortunate I’m going to buy another one and surly this one will be fine.
