we have ordered it but in the product description they have not mentioned that we need a adapter neither to have provided hence for me it was not a good product because we need to buy adapter also.

Worst purchase ever
Has to be one of the worst purchases made.. Received everything but the adapter which means there is no way to power it on. It is beyond belief that this happened, how can anyone expect a phone without the power cord. Definitely something critically wrong with cisco & amazon
