I bought this after seeing a video of Manjistha being a great blood purifier and have been consuming since then. I take 1/4th spoon of powdered Manjistha after lunch with water and it helped so much with body acne and itching in summer. Definitely an improvement in skin. I also use it as a face pack sometimes.
