Perfect
Sharp as a razor. Handle rugged. Overall, very happy with this knife.

Quality knife
I now own four Puma knives. I also own Bucks, Gerbers, Schrades and several quality handmade knives. One Puma I've had for almost 40 years. Of all my knives, none will take and hold an edge like a Puma. They are tools, made to be used. A dull knife is useless. Take good care of your Puma, it will take care of you....

Great knife!
I was hesitant about buying this knife but I'm sure glad I did. The blade is full tang and VERY thick but is ground to a nice edge. The fit and finish of the handle isn't perfect but it is comfortable in the hand and has good grip. The hilt and blade have a nice polish. The sheath is decent but I bought the Carl Thomas crossdraw sheath which is awesome. I think this is the perfect sized knife, not to big not too small. Overall I am very happy with it.

Great knife!
This has turned out to be a great knife! For and finish is great and looks classy. I was concerned about the 440a steel, but it is holding an edge well and sharpens quickly, so I have no issues with it unlike other brands I have owned. Liked it so much I have bought some for gifts for my family.

Ok
Nice little knife, fit and finish is good, sheath is junk, looks like part of an old naga hide sofa from the 60s

I like the knife
I like the knife. But disappointed Puma is no longer made in America. We will see how well it holds up as bushcraft tool.I've now been using and carrying knife quite a bit. It is holding up very well. I've even used it for batonong oak firewood. Flawless.

Bolster fell off but Puma is exchanging the knife.
I received my knife and after taking it out of the packaging I put it in the sheath, the bolster fell off. Apparently the weld had failed. However the good news. I contacted PumaUSA directly and spoke with an extremely helpful customer service rep. He allowed me to exchange the knife for a Puma IP Elk Hunter after I paid the difference in price. That knife is back ordered but I'm sure it will be in much better shape.
